On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing mainly on newer spots, but I’m also including a few places I’ve visited before because they still feel fresh to the valley. One of those staples is Beaumont. I picked up a breakfast burrito there recently and it confirmed that Beaumont deserves a spot on this list.

I love Beaumont for two main reasons: convenience and freshness. If you spend time in the mountains along the Wasatch Front, Beaumont is one of the best places to fuel up before your adventures. I often grab a breakfast burrito on my way up the canyon before a big ski day. The drive-through makes it quick and easy without sacrificing quality. Many drive-through breakfast burritos can feel greasy and heavy, which is a problem when you’re planning to be active soon after. Beaumont strikes a good balance—satisfying but not overly greasy.

The Beaumont breakfast burrito is packed with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers. What elevates it, though, is the sauce. A great breakfast burrito often comes down to its sauce, and Beaumont’s creamy tomatillo escabeche-style dressing brings bright, tangy flavor that ties everything together.

Located between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers much more than burritos. They serve strong coffee, fresh pastries, and standouts like a creamy burrata salad. It’s a dependable neighborhood spot with a pleasant patio and an interior that’s simple and attractive. Because it’s so good, Beaumont draws a crowd—especially on weekends. If you’re planning to sit down, expect a wait. But if you just want coffee and pastries, grabbing items to go or using the drive-through is fast and easy.
If you’re headed up the canyon or just want a reliable breakfast or lunch spot, Beaumont is an excellent choice. Their menu hits the right notes of freshness and flavor, and the efficient service makes it easy to get on your way.
