Now that many of you have a healthy crop of chillies about to ripen, we thought it would be interesting to hear what readers make with the fruits of six months’ careful tending.
Everyone we speak to has a go-to dish they love to prepare from their harvest. Whether it’s a classic chilli, a tangy hot sauce, a hearty spicy stew or a fresh, sizzling salsa, we want to know your favourites.

How to Enter
To enter, simply email us your favourite chilli-based recipe along with a photograph of your finished dish. We’ll publish the submissions on the blog and pick a winner later in the summer.
