How to Make Christmas Holly Marshmallows

  1. Melt the chocolate melting wafers according to the package directions in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
  2. Arrange the marshmallows on parchment or wax paper for an easy clean-up and stable work surface.
  3. Use a small spoon to scoop a little melted chocolate, then quickly drizzle thin ribbons of chocolate over each marshmallow for a delicate striped effect.
  4. While the chocolate is still soft, press the red sprinkles and holly candies into place so they adhere to the chocolate.
  5. Let the marshmallows rest at room temperature until the chocolate sets, or refrigerate or freeze briefly to speed up the process.
