Grilled BBQ Pulled Pork & Peach Pizza is one of those bites of food bliss you just can’t stop eating! All the flavors combine beautifully.
I’m a pizza lover through and through. Whether we order from our favorite local spot or make a simple homemade pizza dough to top however we like, pizza nights are a staple in our house. A few months back I had the idea to combine pulled pork and peaches on a pizza—and it was an instant hit. Mike gave it the green light and we never looked back. This grilled BBQ pulled pork and peach pizza is fast, easy, and perfect for summer evenings.

To save time I often make Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork a couple of days ahead, but store-bought pulled pork works equally well. The same goes for dough—homemade is wonderful if you have the time, but pre-made pizza dough from the store or your local pizzeria keeps things simple. This recipe is all about effortless flavor: slice and grill peaches, brush the dough with a little oil and grill it, then top with BBQ sauce, pulled pork, cheeses, and the peaches. Grilling the dough is quick and gives the pizza a fantastic char I now prefer over the oven for warm-weather cooking.

Peaches are a summer staple, and our feast + devour cooking group celebrated them with a collection of delicious recipes. If you have fresh peaches available, add them to your shopping list—this pizza will make the most of their sweet, slightly smoky flavor once grilled.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 yellow peaches pitted and sliced
- Pizza dough for one 12″ pizza store-bought or homemade
- ¼ cup your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup BBQ pulled pork store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh cilantro rough chopped
Instructions
-
Heat your grill to medium-high (propane or charcoal). Brush the grill with a little oil to prevent sticking.
-
Place peach slices on the hot grill and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until tender and marked. Remove and set aside.
-
Roll out pizza dough while peaches cook, shaping it to fit your grill. Rectangular pizzas are fine.
-
Lay the dough on the hot grill and cook 2–3 minutes on the first side until set and grill-marked. Carefully flip and cook 3–4 minutes on the other side.
-
While the second side cooks, brush the top of the dough with BBQ sauce, leaving a small edge. Sprinkle with mozzarella, add dollops of pulled pork, top with cheddar, and arrange the grilled peach slices over the pizza.
-
Cook until the bottom is set with grill marks and the cheese is melted.
-
Remove the pizza from the grill to a cutting board or baking sheet.
-
Sprinkle with cilantro, slice, and serve immediately.
