Chinese New Year is always the perfect excuse for family to gather around good food and warm company.
We found ourselves once again at my grandparents’ house, enjoying the annual feast my grandmother prepares. Since it was Chinese New Year’s Eve yesterday, it felt like another reunion dinner—fond, familiar and full of tradition.

After the feast, our attention turned to our newest little star—my two-year-old cousin, En Tong.
