I’ve sampled many sweet-and-hot red pepper jellies (including cranberry jalapeño varieties), and while I enjoy them all, the Costco brand stands out as my favorite. Pair it with the rosemary crackers—also from Costco—and you have a simple, irresistible snack. Lately I’ve been eating ricotta with red pepper jelly on those crackers almost every day. It’s effortless to assemble and perfect for an appetizer or an afternoon family snack. Seriously, this combo is so good.

DIRECTIONS:
- Place a generous dollop of ricotta cheese on a serving plate or small board.
