Weekly Dinner Menu 100: Reader Appreciation Meal Plan

We’ve reached Easy Weekly Dinner Menu #100 — triple digits! It’s hard to believe I’ve been sharing weekly dinner ideas for 100 weeks. To mark this little milestone, I want to highlight two things: a giveaway and this week’s menu.

The Weary Chef's 100th easy weekly dinner menu features Cranberry Apple Chicken and Rice, Mexican Pasta, Chicken Sliders, Cheeseburger Macaroni, and lots more!

First, thank you for coming back each week to see what I’m cooking. My goal with The Weary Chef has always been to share recipes that make weeknight dinners easier and more enjoyable. If you’re new here, welcome — I hope you find recipes you love and stick around.

To thank readers, I’m running a giveaway. Instead of one large prize, I chose four smaller prizes so more people can win. With the holiday coming up, this is a quick giveaway — I’ll contact winners by email by 8am PST on 12/24. Winners will have 24 hours to respond to claim their prize; if there’s no reply, I’ll select another winner. Be sure to check your email the morning of Christmas Eve to see if you won. Good luck!

I’m always looking to improve these weekly menus. For nearly two years I’ve published seven easy dinner recipes each week, usually including at least two new recipes. My photos have improved over time, but the basic format has stayed consistent. Do you find the menus useful? Would you change anything about the format or content? I welcome feedback and requests — leave a comment or email me.

Now, on to the food. This week’s dinners are quick and simple — perfect for a busy holiday week. Enjoy, and I’ll see you next week!

  2. 25-Minute Cheeseburger Macaroni

Thank you again for your visits, comments, and shares. Wishing you a happy Christmas, Hanukkah, or whatever you celebrate. I’ll be back next week — xo
